The AMCE Lifecycle Model

Our core messaging framework — DESIGN. DEVELOP. DELIVER. — represents our disciplined, end-to-end engineering methodology for Defence and aerospace programs.

PHASE 01 DESIGN

Requirements, CAD & Analytical Rigor

We define the problem space from the aircrew or operator perspective, establishing rigorous structural and system baselines.

  • Requirements Definition: Operational requirements, airframe constraints, mission profiles.
  • CAD Solid Modelling: 3D modeling using industry standard engineering suites.
  • FEA & Stress Analysis: Linear and non-linear finite element analysis, fatigue life calculation.
  • Certification Planning: DASR 21 / CASR 21 compliance checklists and airworthiness strategies.
PHASE 02 DEVELOP

Prototyping, Testing & Airworthiness Approval

Physical prototyping, laboratory environmental qualification, structural load tests, and formal airworthiness compliance.

  • Rapid Prototyping: Fit-check mockups and aircraft form-and-fit verification.
  • Environmental Qualification: MIL-STD-810 vibration, shock, salt fog, temperature regimes.
  • Ballistic Testing: MIL-STD-662F V50 testing for armour systems.
  • Compliance Verification: Engineering sign-off by Chartered Professional Engineers (CPEng).
PHASE 03 DELIVER

Sovereign Manufacturing & Through-Life Support

Full-rate production, fleet kits, maintenance documentation, maintainer training, and long-term sustainment.

  • Precision Manufacturing: Turnkey delivery via accredited Australian machining and composite partners.
  • Technical Publications: Illustrated parts breakdown, maintenance manuals, Service Bulletins (SB).
  • Tooling & Training: Ergonomic support tools (such as our patented Slide Spanner).
  • In-Service Support: Spares, obsolescence management, and fleet engineering support.
Commercial Mechanisms

Procurement Pathways for Defence & Industry

AMCE offers multiple flexible procurement mechanisms to ensure frictionless engagement:

PRIMARY DEFENCE PATHWAY

1. Direct Commonwealth Engagement

As an Approved Supplier to the Commonwealth, Defence capability managers and Systems Program Offices can engage AMCE directly for engineering services and products.

Engagement Scope: Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Airworthiness, Specialty Engineering.
PRIME CONTRACTOR SUBCONTRACTING

2. Subcontracting with Tier-1 Defence Primes

As an Approved Supplier to major Defence primes (including Boeing Defence Australia, Airbus, BAE Systems, Northrop Grumman Australia and Collins Aerospace), AMCE integrates as a specialist subcontractor into prime engineering teams, delivering agility and sovereign engineering depth under prime governance.

Capabilities: Structural analysis, cabin modifications, test support, DASR compliance documentation.
COTS PRODUCT PROCUREMENT

3. Flight-Proven Hardware Supply

Our proprietary C-130 products are available as Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment with certified NATO Stock Numbers (NSN), enabling rapid off-the-shelf purchase for immediate fleet deployment.

Available Products: C-130 Paratroop Door Negator Kit, Slide Spanner Tool, Ballistic Armour Kits.
INTERNATIONAL DEFENCE SALES

4. Allied Export & Foreign Military Sales

AMCE supports direct commercial sales (DCS) and allied government procurement for international military operators, with active users across the US Air Force, US Coast Guard, RCAF, and RNZAF.

Compliance: ITAR / export control adherence, Australian Defence export compliance.
Engagement Models

Common Support Scenarios

Turnkey Modification Programs

End-to-end delivery from requirements through design, testing, airworthiness approval, and kit manufacture under a fixed-price milestone model.

Engineering Surge Augmentation

Deploying chartered aerospace engineers directly into SPO or Prime teams to resolve resource bottlenecks under pre-agreed hourly rates.

Urgent Operational Requirements (UOR)

Rapid response tasking under operational time constraints, leveraging our proven ability to field certified flight hardware within compressed operational windows.
